Renaissance Square

In conjunction with RD Management, SBLM crafted a redevelopment scheme for a worn-out K-Mart anchored strip center, transforming it into a vibrant mixed-use project. SBLM helped to facilitate extensive negotiations with the township, creating a sophisticated design that met stringent architectural guidelines.   

 

SBLM also coordinated with the architects for the residential portion of the project to present a unified design to the township and the public.

 

SBLM worked with the tenant’s architect to provide suitable infrastructure for approximately 30,000 SF of existing retail space to be converted to an ambulatory care center. Another 50,000 SF of existing retail space is being upgraded for modern retail tenants. SBLM is also designing the office space and building shell for a new two story commercial building, with ground level retail tenants and a second-floor office tenant, and a new 2,600 SF outparcel building.
