Lower Broadway

The owner is in the process of demolishing existing structures on various lots in Lower Manhattan and intends to erect a thirty-one story mixed use project. The proposed building will accommodate retail, a health club, recreational facilities and 216 residential units with 30% of the units defined as "inclusionary." In addition, the project will cantilever over an adjacent MTA subway facility and utilize its air rights in the process.
