Jericho Common Shopping Center

Jericho, NY

Jericho Commons is an existing shopping center at the easterly quadrant formed by the intersection of North Broadway and Jericho Turnpike in Jericho New York. The center has four major elements; a southerly Whole Foods-anchored retail strip with a drug-store outparcel, a centrally located office block with attached strip retail, a  small format/small building area known as “Milleridge Village”, and the “Milleridge Inn“ restaurant with adjacent “Milleridge Cottage” catering hall. The Owner has recently gained jurisdiction approval for a new hotel to be placed at the north end of the site in an existing parking lot serving “Milleridge Cottage.”  The Owner has also prepared schemes to replace the “Milleridge Cottage” and Buildings S1 and S2 of “Milleridge Village”.

In place of Buildings S1 and S2, the Owner envisions a new restaurant building with significant outdoor dining.  The Owner wishes the new restaurant to relate to the rest of the center, rather than just “Milleridge Village” and serve as a catalyst for future renovation of the Village. Jericho Commons is a mixed-use property that houses Kimco’s headquarters on a highly trafficked corridor in Nassau County. The site blends national tenants Whole Foods, Marshalls CVS, and Starbucks with local restaurants, shops, convenience, and office space.
