Office Depot Call Center

SBLM provided programming, test-fit studies, architectural and interior design services for this new 52,000 sf sales center and corporate office complex. This project was a fit-out of the second floor in an office building within the Amberglen Office Park. Office Depot required a flexible program of open gathering spaces, meeting areas, offices, and call center stations. SBLM’s design team selected materials and finishes that would create an environment acoustically suitable to the call center‘s functions.
The design team worked hand-in-hand with the construction manager and cost estimator in selecting sustainable materials and systems with the greatest value and durability. SBLM achieved all the requirements of a USGBC LEED-CI rating, while staying below the original client budget. The design-build project delivery
