Job Description

We are seeking a Project Manager for our New York, NY location to lead and oversee our architectural healthcare projects from concept design through construction and project closeout. The candidate selected should be highly motivated and possess excellent leadership and communication skills.


Primary Responsibilities:

  • Establish productive working relationships and act as the primary point of contact for clients.

  • Manage scope, cost, schedule, risk and deliverables for multiple projects.

  • Communicate and coordinate with internal and external team members to resolve conflicts and discrepancies during the course of a project and provide high quality service and deliverables.

  • Oversee the implementation of the Quality Control plan for projects.

  • Prepare and review architectural drawings and specifications for adherence to project requirements and building codes.

  • Attend site visits and meetings.

  • Collaborate with the Principal in Charge.

  • Assist in preparation of proposals.

  • Lead and mentor multiple project teams to encourage a collaborative and growth-oriented work environment.


Core Expectations:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture or related field.

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in architectural office.

  • Experience in healthcare construction required.

  • Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, and Adobe suite required.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and effectively manage project deadlines.

  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to work effectively independently and as part of a team.

  • Driver’s License and willingness to travel to project sites.

  • Actively pursuing Architectural Licensure a plus.
