Tom Lopes, AIA, Principal for Sustainable Design, with SBLM since 2005, Tom strives to deliver the most environmentally responsible projects without negatively impacting budget and schedule. He leads SBLM’s strategic initiatives for sustainable building firm-wide and provides clear direction and guidance to clients and project teams throughout all phases of every project. His appreciation of both the design and technical requirements of any project enables him to shepherd a variety of project types.
Anthony Koehler, AIA, LEED AP, Design Principal, a 17 year member of SBLM, Anthony has gained the reputation of dependably ensuring that the design intention continues from inception through construction while remaining within the parameters of the scope, schedule and budget. He is involved in the complete design process, an expert in concept and schematic design, design development. He has the ability to generate ideas and ask the questions that help create the vision for exceptional spaces.
Neil Bienvenu, AIA, Principal, has been with SBLM for 27 years, he has vast experience as an architect, programmer and facilities planner. His background in all aspects of project management from pre-programming through design, and construction is deeply rooted in educational design. These projects include large-scale, new educational projects, historically sensitive adaptive reuse projects, and interior renovations.
From our Long Island office, the newly advanced Principal is Nicholas Gargiso, AIA, Principal. An 11 year professional with SBLM, Nick thrives on discourse and the exchange of ideas. Lucky for us, this translates well when working with colleagues and clients to solve space-related challenges and create opportunities. With his strong background with healthcare and wellness, commercial and civic projects, Nick works closely with clients and consultants to keep everyone moving forward together. He is known as a team leader to depend on.
Jeffrey Hill, AIA, Principal and Managing Director of our Dallas office, is responsible for. He's passionate about building productive and long- term client/architect relationships through careful project coordination and management, design and quality assurance phases for clients in the healthcare, education, and commercial sectors. Clients value his creative talent, quick understanding and accessible personality.
