Woodbury Common Shopping Center

Woodbury Common Shopping Center has become a legend in retailing. Located on the northern side of Jericho Turnpike in the Town of Oyster Bay, the center currently is an upscale center with preferred high-end tenants and anchored by a formerly a Fresh supermarket, now vacant.  It was the Owner's intention to re-tenant the center, maintaining its market positioning, and evoking the pedestrian-friendly layout and ambiance of a life-style center including a supermarket replacement, restaurants, retail and personal services.  Along with the Owner, SBLM explored options to accomplish these goals, including façade renovations, common area improvements, and building reconfigurations in order to maximize financial return on investment. In keeping with the goals for the shopping center, SBLM’s renovations, expansions and façade renewal designs also include new green space and patios and new lighting illumination.
