SBLM designs The Bath Beach School, a 102,000-square-foot educational facility built on the same lot as PS 748, turning a compact site into a complete environment for learning. The team creates a carefully planned structure that complements the existing school while establishing its own identity through balanced massing and thoughtful detailing.

The new building organizes its spaces vertically, positioning the gymnasium below an auditorium and stacking an outdoor playground on the lower roof to maximize site use. This configuration links both schools, creating shared access for students and the community during after-school programs.
