“If you build it, they will come.”

And so they did come, to the New York Build Expo Design Show at the Javits Center.  SBLM Project Manager, Javier Contreras continues to get it done by being where the built environment news is breaking.  Javier, along with other enthusiastic SBLM managers, planners and designers, are wherever they can learn about the most progressive building methods and significant structures happening right now in the Tri-state area.

The testimonial from Javier is that this was a successful design show, filled with new information, great panels and workshops and plenty of networking opportunities.  As far as the 5 areas of concentration that SBLM is involved with, Commercial, Healthcare/Wellness, Education, Mixed-Use /Residential and Civic building, Javier had ample opportunity to share our current work and be apprised of others.
