Office Depot Call Center

SBLM provided programming, test fit studies, Architectural, and Interior Design services for the new 51,000 sf sales call center. Through design-build project delivery, SBLM and SBLM’s affiliate Construction Management company worked closely with Office Depot’s global account vendors to achieve all the requirements of a USGBC LEED-Cl rating, while staying below the original client budget.
