Named after the Portuguese word for “garden,” this luxury residential development—designed in collaboration with renowned Brazilian architect Isay Weinfeld—is built around a rare amenity in New York City: a lush, private park. Framed by two 11-story towers, the garden is the soul of the project, visible from the moment residents arrive through a vaulted brick tunnel that offers both visual drama and discreet, paparazzi-proof access from 27th and 28th Streets.
