The developer wants to convert this shopping center into a lifestyle center with high-density residential use. SBLM was retained to comprehensively modernize the shopping experience in a manner that would strengthen rents and create synergy with the new residential use. This is materializing in a more walkable center with a highly-curated area for food & beverage tenants. We are reinforcing the circulation to develop stronger thresholds between uses and reinventing its brand and sense of place. While the center was of high-quality and contextual materials, we are adding depth to the palette and incorporating new gathering areas, a program of art and environmental graphics and rethinking the signage for the entire center.
