SBLM supports Urban Edge and their ongoing redevelopment of Bruckner Commons by coordinating improvements across the property and preparing new tenant spaces for a wide range of retailers. As the mix of tenants expands, SBLM’s role is to organize the work so each new space can be brought online without interrupting daily activity at the center.

SBLM begins each project within the complex with a review of the existing area to determine structural capacity, system availability, and access points to guide how walls, utilities, and functional zones will be organized for incoming tenants. The planning effort focuses on establishing layouts that work with current site operations while meeting the technical needs of the retailer.

Because Bruckner Commons remains open throughout the upgrades, SBLM coordinates scheduling and site movement so construction can proceed alongside active retail use. Delivery paths, staging locations, and circulation routes are planned to avoid disrupting ongoing operations and customer traffic.

To date, we have planned new stores at Bruckner Commons for leading retailers, including Aldi, Lot-Less, and Buffalo Wild Wings, with future phases planned for larger operators. Our work supports Urban Edge’s long-term redevelopment goals by ensuring that each tenant space is delivered in a clear and workable manner.
