When long-standing tenants moved on, the center faced a choice: replace what was lost or reimagine what could take root. SBLM supports the reinvention of this 21-acre site into a walkable, open-air destination shaped by need, not nostalgia. The new design orients six buildings around a rhythm of movement—wide pedestrian paths, outdoor dining, and gathering spaces that turn the act of shopping into a community experience. The site resists the pull to become just another mall competitor, instead evolving into a curated blend of convenience and lifestyle, anchored by tenants that reflect today’s pace and preferences.
