SBLM is assisting St. Philip’s in the complex renovation of an existing 4,500 sf early 2000’s building which had been built and used as a church which moved out a number of years ago. This renovation will include rebuilding former meeting spaces into the main shopping spaces and repurposing and reorganizing existing office and support spaces into new office and support spaces.
