Nick is currently the Project Manager for the renovation and modernization of a 100-year-old, 13-story office building. Approximately 100,000 sf
have been renovated with new class A office space, with another 60,000 in construction. Working within an old structure and with NYC as the
tenant, the design challenges were numerous. Nick coordinates with client, consultants, and all involved parties to successfully complete each project on time and on budget.

Nick was the Project Manager for the modernization of diagnostics suites at multiple locations in Nassau County. The program included an MRI room, control room, equipment room, dressing room, reception area, waiting room and storage.
