As a Principal at SBLM, Michael has established procedures and techniques to ensure schedules are met, budgets are kept, and construction documents are of the highest quality. As the leader of SBLM’s retail design practice, Michael has designed store prototypes and managed rollout programs for many of today’s largest and most successful retailers. He has helped numerous developers and retailers prepare and enforce fair and equitable work letters in their leases.
