He is regarded in the industry as both an imaginative designer and strategic planner. His years of experience demonstrate a unique resourcefulness and understanding of complex projects in both urban and non- urban environments. As SBLM has a strong concentration on their Education Studio, Josh has been involved in the broad spectrum of schools including pre-K through Colleges and Universities. In addition to the New York School Construction Authority (NYCSCA), he has worked with many City and State public agencies including the City University of New York (CUNY), State University of New York (SUNY), and Dormitory Authority of the State of New York (DASNY).
