Specializing in educational, government, and civic projects, John is hands-on and committed to taking overall responsibility for the successful completion of the project and performance of his team.
He brings particular skill with code, and zoning requirements, bid document preparation, and construction administration. John leads SBLM’S education studio which includes the Colleges and Universities as well as K-12 schools. He is also well-versed in green design.
As Principal-in-Charge/ Client Manager, John will oversee project progress, quality and client satisfaction. He will be the authorized person to represent the company in any cost negotiations or any major contractual matters. He will verify that company resources are committed to the success of each project. John will lead the efforts, attend major meetings, supervise setup, organize and schedule meetings, monitor progress, review the existing conditions at the site at key stages, and review documents at every phase. He will supervise code reviews. John will remain current with the project and will always be available for phone discussions, meetings and on-site conferences. As Client Manager John will be a primary point of contact with SUNY Farmingdale State College, he will be making communication direct and easy.
